Our Story

We’re a Madeirian and German couple who fell in love with Madeira and with the idea of living closer to nature. In 2017, we started Viva Flor as a small family project, taking care of gardens for friends and neighbors around Funchal. What began as a simple hobby soon became something much bigger, a way of life.

Our different backgrounds balance each other perfectly: a touch of Madeirian creativity, a bit of German precision, and a shared passion for plants, sunshine, and the outdoors.

Over the years, Viva Flor has grown into a trusted local company with several specialized teams, each focused on different areas of work, from landscaping and garden design to irrigation systems, construction, and property care. This allows us to provide a complete and professional service while keeping the same personal attention and family values that define us.
